1. Giới thiệu
Viet Shops ("chúng tôi", "ứng dụng") là nền tảng đặt đồ ăn kết nối khách hàng với các cửa hàng, quán ăn tại Việt Nam. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin của bạn như thế nào khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng.
Bằng việc sử dụng Viet Shops, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản trong Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này.
2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
2.1. Thông tin bạn cung cấp
- Tài khoản: tên, số điện thoại, email, mật khẩu (được mã hóa).
- Đơn hàng: địa chỉ giao hàng, ghi chú đơn, lịch sử mua hàng.
- Nội dung: ảnh đại diện, ảnh và nội dung đánh giá quán/món ăn.
2.2. Thông tin thu thập tự động
- Vị trí GPS: dùng để tìm quán gần bạn và hỗ trợ giao hàng. Bạn có thể tắt quyền vị trí trong cài đặt thiết bị.
- Thông tin thiết bị: loại thiết bị, hệ điều hành, mã định danh thông báo (push token).
- Dữ liệu sử dụng: các thao tác cơ bản trong app để vận hành dịch vụ.
2.3. Khách vãng lai (Guest)
Nếu bạn đặt hàng mà không đăng ký tài khoản, chúng tôi vẫn cần tên, số điện thoại và địa chỉ để xử lý và giao đơn hàng.
3. Thông báo đẩy (Push Notifications)
Chúng tôi sử dụng Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) để gửi thông báo về trạng thái đơn hàng và các cập nhật quan trọng. Để làm điều này, một mã định danh thiết bị (push token) được lưu trữ. Bạn có thể tắt thông báo bất kỳ lúc nào trong cài đặt thiết bị.
4. Quảng cáo & App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
- Ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo thông qua Google AdMob nhằm duy trì dịch vụ miễn phí.
- Một số quảng cáo là dạng tùy chọn — bạn chủ động chọn xem để nhận ưu đãi; bạn có quyền không xem.
- Trên thiết bị iOS, ứng dụng sẽ hiển thị hộp thoại App Tracking Transparency (ATT) xin phép bạn cho phép theo dõi nhằm hiển thị quảng cáo phù hợp hơn. AdMob có thể sử dụng mã định danh quảng cáo (IDFA).
- Nếu bạn từ chối, bạn vẫn dùng được ứng dụng bình thường; quảng cáo chỉ kém cá nhân hóa hơn.

5. Chúng tôi KHÔNG dùng
- Chúng tôi không tích hợp công cụ phân tích hành vi (analytics SDK) như Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics hay tương tự.
- Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bên thứ ba.

Dữ liệu được truyền qua kết nối mã hóa (HTTPS/SSL).

8. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
- Mật khẩu được mã hóa, không lưu dưới dạng văn bản thường.
- Token đăng nhập được lưu trong bộ nhớ bảo mật của thiết bị.
- Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu, nhưng không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối.
9. Thời gian lưu trữ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi lưu trữ dữ liệu trong thời gian tài khoản của bạn còn hoạt động. Khi bạn yêu cầu xóa tài khoản, dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn sẽ được xóa trong vòng 30 ngày, trừ các dữ liệu phải lưu giữ theo yêu cầu pháp luật (ví dụ: hóa đơn, hồ sơ giao dịch).
10. Quyền của bạn
Bạn có quyền:
- Xem, chỉnh sửa thông tin tài khoản trong ứng dụng.
- Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân bằng cách liên hệ với chúng tôi.
- Tắt quyền vị trí, thông báo, theo dõi quảng cáo trong cài đặt thiết bị.
11. Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em
Ứng dụng không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.
12. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách này theo thời gian. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại ứng dụng/website kèm ngày hiệu lực.

1. Introduction
Viet Shops ("we", "us", "the app") is a food-ordering platform connecting customers with shops and restaurants in Vietnam. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the app.
By using Viet Shops, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Information you provide
- Account: name, phone number, email, password (encrypted).
- Orders: delivery address, order notes, purchase history.
- Content: profile photo, photos and text of your reviews of shops/dishes.
2.2. Information collected automatically
- GPS location: used to find nearby shops and support delivery. You can disable location access in your device settings.
- Device information: device type, operating system, push notification token.
- Usage data: basic in-app actions required to operate the service.
2.3. Guest users
If you order without registering an account, we still need your name, phone number, and address to process and deliver your order.
3. Push Notifications
We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send notifications about order status and important updates. To do this, a device push token is stored. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
4. Advertising & App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
- The app displays ads through Google AdMob to keep the service free.
- Some ads are optional — you actively choose to watch them to receive rewards; you are free not to watch.
- On iOS devices, the app will present the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking your permission to track in order to show more relevant ads. AdMob may use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- If you decline, you can still use the app normally; ads will simply be less personalized.

5. What We Do NOT Do
- We do not integrate behavioral analytics SDKs such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Where Your Data Is Stored

8. Storage and Security
- Passwords are encrypted and never stored as plain text.
- Login tokens are stored in the device's secure storage.
- We apply reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you request account deletion, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to keep (e.g., invoices, transaction records).
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- View and edit your account information in the app.
- Request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.
- Disable location, notifications, and ad tracking in your device settings.
11. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted in the app/website with its effective date.
